6.30 to 8.30pm

Join us for an evening of creative fun, French Champagne and nibbles while you make your very own Pearl Bracelet.

No prior experience is necessary to complete this workshop – beginners are welcome.  Making pearl jewellery the traditional hand-knotted way is a skill that anyone can learn with fantastic results –

and if you have completed our pearl necklace workshop, this is a fantastic follow on and an opportunity to come away with a matching set!

You will learn step by step how to string, knot, attach a sparkly clasp and finish your pearl bracelet. All necessary tools and materials are provided and your teacher  Evanthea, will be with you to provide all the insider tips and tricks that you only get from years of experience.  You will not need to bring anything to this workshop.

By the end of the workshop you will go home with a pearl bracelet with sterling silver magnetic-closure clasp.  You will also be given a velvet pouch to store your pearls safely and information on how best to look after your pearls to keep them looking their best.

You will be stringing cultured freshwater ‘potato’ pearls. They are natural white with a very high lustre and feature statement rings and ridges.  The pearls are of a medium size (11-12mm) and really make a statement.  You will be stringing and knotting the pearls using real silk thread in white, with quality sterling silver findings.

Please be aware that this workshop involves intricate work and we recommend that you bring with you your best prescription glasses if you need them in order to see clearly when threading the pearls.  It is also best to keep fingernails short as long or artificial nails make it impossible to tie the knots.

CANCELLATIONS – Blake & Taylor must be notified no less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your workshop via email or phone and an alternative workshop will be organised. Cancellations after this 3 day period are non-transferable.  No refunds can be given, sorry.
